Guarantee

The Medical Supplier shall provide the following guarantee to the Patient in connection with the below specified bconditions:

Porcelain crowns, bridges 5 years guarantee

Implants 5 years guarantee*

Fillings 2 years guarantee

*wich concern to the head and corp part of the implants, and does not concern to the porcelain crown and the teeth

The conditions of the Guarantee:

1. The Patient shall comply with any post medical treatment specified by the Medical Supplier

2. The Patient shall take part in yearly control treatment at his own cost at the Medical Supplier.

3. In addition to the above the conditions of the implants that the Patient shall comply with maximum mouth hygienic treatment.

Exclusion of the Guarantee:

Any reasons, wich can not be registered at the acceptance of the Patient duly, and further on such systematic disease have been diagnosed at the Patient, wich cause serious problem in the qualification of the gum.
