Aesthetic fillings, tooth-coloring

In cases when the teeth are in functional and aesthetic harmony, or the status of teeth does not require a restoration of larger volume to recover carious, broken teeth, wear of epithelial cuff (tooth neck) or non-extended discoloration in the smile line, we apply cosmetical fillings, tooth-coloring or aesthetic inserts.

Our basic treatment principle is that we fill directly (without dental technical background) only proper size cavities where we should not count with the shrinking of filling stuff, and with the help of the sectional system we can provide proper contactpoints and gum-side closings. We reach this high aesthetic level with a layer-technique and with a special coloring method.

Our surgeries use Filtek Supreme XT, Gradia filling material and Kerr-coloring set which are indispensable to reach natural color effect of fillings (opalescentia, luminescentia). Being 3M reference surgeries we continuously assess the products and technologies before their introduction, providing professional help to our dentist colleagues and to company 3M ESPE.

These bio-compatible filling materials have already been replaced in everyday practice for a long time the amalgamate materials and different other metal inserts which may have incalculable local and system effects.

If we change an old/not closing amalgamate/aesthetic filling that touches the majority of crown part of the tooth, and the medically correct result on long-term can not be provided with immediate filling tecniques, we offer the inlay-onlay fillings.
