The dental technical laboratory will digitalize the pattern preparation by a laser scanner then by the help of special software will plan the prosthesis. Following that the fraise-centre abroad, through a modem, will press the zirconium-oxide into mould and sinter it, or from pre- or completely sintered state block will fraise the dental plate or arch frame. This will be received back by fast-mail to the laboratory where the technician will cover it with compatible porcelain in accordance with the individual aesthetic, bio-mechanic and hygienic reqirements.
