Inlay-onlay fillings

Aesthetic fillings, carried out on large surface and during one visit, are replaced more and more by press-ceramics and micro-ceramics composite inlays that are prepared by dental technician, and fit better to the physical parameters of dental tissue.

These tooth pieces, prepared under microscope, fit 100% to the cavities, have correct contactpoints, and with the help of the so-called adhesion techniques, they bind chemically to the dental tissue. Inlay fillings need special preparation. Following the precise imprint-taking the dental technician will prepare the GC Gradia inlay filling under microscope that will fit 100% and will take into consideration the individual color character of the patient.

Until the inlays are ready, teeth will have a gum-like clipp (filling stuff) which are easy to remove without drilling. Paste of inlay will be carried out with a fast method developed specially by our surgery.

Winged Gradia dental arches, without polishing!

This material makes possible, in every part of the mouth, the replacement of one tooth without polishing the teeth beside them. In the areas beside the tooth-lack area, bore-holes will be made and a so called winged arch, fixed with two inserts, will be prepared. Glass fiber, running through the insert, provides the of dental a loadability arch thus it is a better altarnative than the ceramics prosthesis burned to metal.

Most of the patients would feel an attack towards his/her teeth the polishing of two teeth for a one tooth's prosthesis! And mostly in young age it doesn't matter that in sake of reserve of the extended volume of dentalpulp, only 20% is the loss of the hard tissue in case of inlay preparation, in contrary with the about 60% loss of teeth material at polishing. There are prefabricated glassfibre reinforced composite dental arches which does not request glass preparation for its fixation. The placement of these arches is done similar to that of fixation of fix braces (device) to teeth. Our conviction is that the number of dental restaurations, described previously, will increase in the next years and will replace the traditional techniques, in case the demand of patients and dentists will meet.
