High-Tech teeth whitening with LED light

With this teeth whitening treatment, the entire whitening procedure takes less than 1 hour.

The LED light High-tech system is already available in Hungary in some clinics specializing in cosmetic dentistry.

The essence of the method is that patients need to sit in the dental chair only 3 times, 15 minutes at one go, during which their teeth will be bleached to the desired extent.

This is enabled by a special so-called LED light and the whitening agent which the light activates. The resulting effect is immediately visible and usually lasts much longer. According to international studies, this method is capable of achieving anything up to 8-9 shades of whitening.

Thorough plaque removal and polishing is performed before any type of bleaching procedure. It is also advised to treat cavities although tooth-coloured fillings should be logically inserted after the teeth whitening procedure to ensure accurate color matching.

What do you have to observe during the days following treatment?

• you may have to perform at-home bleaching for three to five days so as to attain a stronger whitening effect,
• avoid certain foods / drinks (red wine, coke, coffee),
• avoid smoking,
• avoid using lipstick,
• repeated treatment with fluoride,
